Techs Win Union Vote in Indiana

Major shout-out to the R/BTs at Engaging Minds in Peru, Indiana, who marched on the boss on 9/4/2026 and won their union vote on 10/08/2026. Another group of RBTs has stood up for worker-led change. Healthcare is a for-profit business in the US, and ABA is no exception. These workers aim to change that. Our working conditions are our clients' therapy conditions, and each union victory improves them.

The RBTs voted to join the United Automotive Workers (UAW Region 2B) family.
