Major shout-out to the R/BTs at Engaging Minds in Peru, Indiana, who marched on the boss on 9/4/2026 and won their union vote on 10/08/2026, voting to join the United Automotive Workers (UAW Region 2B) family.

Another group of RBTs has stood up for worker-led change. Healthcare is a for-profit business in the US, and ABA is no exception. These workers aim to change that. Our working conditions are our clients' therapy conditions, and each union victory improves them.
