The members of Circle City Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) of Kokomo, Indiana, voted 100% to join the UAW Region 2B, Local 685. Success like this is only possible when workers unite and demand that their voice be heard. Welcome to the union family.

Circle City RBTs didn't organize around economic issues; instead, they organized for working fridges, readily available sanitary supplies, and basic safety and facility standards. R/BTs work where their clients learn, and they're leading the charge for better standards for the clients they serve.
