Solidarity Statement
 

The AWU's primary mission is fighting for unions in Applied Behavior Analysis - but at the end of the day, we're all part of the same class union. The working class is made up of amazing people in all kinds of lines of work, and we stand firmly behind the interests of workers, especially those who work alongside the families we serve and alongside us.

ABA Workers stand in solidarity with allied practitioners, including SLPs, OTs, PTs, and the other healthcare and mental healthcare providers that we interact with in the course of providing ABA therapy to our clients. Providers who are willing but not directly in the field are welcome to join us in fighting for unions and workers' rights and increasing union density in our respective industries.
